Jim Jr, Principal Auctioneer, Realtor, is a native Lexingtonian and graduate of Transylvania University. He began his real estate career in 2005 and obtained his auction license in 2007. Jim conducts all of the traditional real estate listing and selling for the Halfhill Auction Group, and assists as bid caller and ringman. Jim is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, and is a member of the Top Producer's Club. He earned the prestigious CAI (Certified Auctioneer's Institute) designation in 2019, less than 5% of Auctioneers nationwide hold this designation.
